Hello, and welcome to my corner of the world!

I combine mind-focused methods (like neuroscience and cognitive therapies) with body-based methods (such as somatic therapy and mindfulness). I also look at the whole system of your health. My goal is to offer a unique and complete therapy experience for your overall well-being.

Why You’re Here

You’ve been holding it together for everyone else, but inside you feel worn thin. The push to be “fine” leaves you running on fumes—snapping at loved ones, struggling to focus, waking up already exhausted. Maybe your body is carrying the weight with tension, headaches, or a racing heart.

On the outside, you seem like the dependable one—the helper, the doer, the one everyone turns to. But inside, it feels like you’re barely holding it together. Patterns like anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or numbing through work, alcohol, or scrolling may be running the show. Sometimes, these are tied to unresolved pain—stress that never lifted, trauma you carried alone, or experiences that shaped how you relate to yourself and the world.

These ways of coping once protected you. They helped you belong, stay safe, or maintain control. But now, they may be the very patterns keeping you stuck.

How Therapy Can Help

Therapy offers a space to pause and tend to yourself—the parts of you that have been overlooked while holding everything else together. It’s not about “fixing” you, but about creating room to untangle what no longer serves you and reconnect with the pieces of yourself that have been left behind.

Over time, this work fosters a more stable sense of self. One that isn’t shaken by every demand or setback. With more resilience, self-trust, and energy, you can move through life with greater ease and finally have space for the people, experiences, and passions that matter most to you.

Hi, I’m Theresa!

I’m not just a therapist, I’m also another human finding my way through this thing called life. Yes, I bring education and clinical training, but I also bring lived experience, deep empathy, and an honest, down-to-earth approach to the therapy space.

My work is about helping people slow down long enough to hear what feels misaligned, so they can reconnect with themselves and move toward what feels more aligned and true for them.

Therapy isn’t a quick fix — it’s a journey. A commitment to your heart, body, and mind. Together, we’ll work to quiet the constant stress loop, uncover the roots of your triggers, and help you feel more at home in your own body.

  • "You are not a project. You are a living, sensing being, learning how to come home to yourself. Let your healing be gentle. Let it include the messy, the uncertain, and the moments that don't look like healing at all. Because that's often where the real work lives."
